Ned Gandevani, MBA, PhD, manages the NMG Income Fund, a diversified income fund offering quarterly distributions with a 10% annual return. This fund strategically invests in private credit, private equity, and real estate.

Dr. Gandevani is a highly accomplished individual with expertise in finance and risk management from both academia and industry. As a finance professor at Harvard University and other institutions, he has over 18 years of teaching experience.

With a background in trading and hedge fund management spanning 26 years, he brings extensive knowledge to the field. Dr. Gandevani is known for developing the Trading Personality Profile (TPP) to help traders identify their performance styles and capitalize on their strengths.

In addition to his industry experience, he is a sought-after speaker at conferences and seminars. He was a speaker at the Annual Conference of the Academy of Certified Portfolio Managers in 2024, focusing on portfolio management and alpha generation. Alongside his industry involvement, Dr. Gandevani is an avid researcher and author, with over 45 articles and essays and four published books on investment and investment psychology. His expertise has been recognized and featured in national media outlets such as USA Today, Stocks and Commodity Magazine, Futures Mag., Stocks, Futures, and Options (SFO), among others.

A. Bradley Randall, JD, CCO, is an esteemed lawyer with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the realms of real estate, private equity, and hedge fund management. He has a strong background in founding a boutique securities law firm, where he excels in creating investment funds, safeguarding fundraisers, and litigating against investment fraud. Mr. Randall’s legal expertise is further exemplified by his admission to various courts and jurisdictions, including the Arizona Supreme Court, the Supreme Court of North Carolina, the U.S. District Court of Arizona, the United States Tax Court, the Arizona State Bar, and the North Carolina State Bar.
